Only Hindus should apply for
General, Parakamani and Laddu Prasada sevas.
Sevaks working in Private/Govt. sector, with computer knowledge can apply for Laddu Prasadam seva by uploading their Employee ID/Aadhra Proof.
Sevaks working in Private sector are not eligible for Parakamani seva.
Sevaks can apply for General/Parakamani and Laddu Prasada sevas 8 days prior to the Seva date.
Sevaks will not be allowed to book General/Parakamani/Laddu Prasada Sevas within 90 days from the last seva performance date
To avail General, Parakamani, Laddu Prasada Sevas, candidates have to register through on-line srivariseva.tirumala.org.
Age limit for applying, in General seva (as individual or group ) is 25-50 years for 3 days, 4 days period in online and 18-60 years for 7 days offline seva
The age limit for Laddu Parasda seva is 18-65 years and the age limit for Parakamani seva is 35-65 years for Sevakulu working in Public Sector Institutions and 35years to 60 years for private sector bank employees.
In Profile, the details of the date of birth, Mobile number, ID proof type, ID proof number and sector information of Sevak cannot be modified once submitted.
The Accommodation for Laddu Prasada Sevakulu and Parakamani Sevakulu has been shifted to Seva Sadan 2 located behind Kalyana Vedika and Opposite to Sri Varaha Swamy Rest House in Tirumala.
The number of registrations of Parakamani Sevakulu has been increased from existing 120 members to 250 members per day in two batches and it will be commenced from 01.03.2014.
The Parakamani Sevakulu will render their Parakamani Seva both in Tirumala as well as in Tirupati (for cut notes / soiled Parakamani / foreign Currency) as per the requirement of the Deputy Executive Officer (Parakamani).
Devotees should register with Srivari Seva portal for applying in General, Parakamani and Laddu Prasada Sevas.
Srivari Sevaks can cancel their confirmed seva services of Parakamani / Laddu Prasada Seva in seva history or in Apply Parakamani / Laddu Prasada Seva.
The accommodation for female srivari sevakulu is in seva sadan 1 and male sevakulu is in seva sadan 2 located behind Kalyana Vedika and opposite Varaha Swamy Rest House in Tirumala.
To ensure better facilities to multitude of visiting pilgrims in Tirumala, TTD has come up with yet another innovative service, Pilgrim Welfare Facilitation Service.
In PWFS, the Srivari Seva Volunteers will liaison between the pilgrims and management to solve the issues if any in an amicable manner with immediate effect.
The Srivari Sevakulu will act as Pilgrim Welfare Facilitators. The nature of service includes the continuous monitoring by SrivariSevakulu to offer better facilities to multitude of visiting pilgrims to Tirumala.
The areas where the Srivari Sevakulu render services includes, the compartments of Vaikuntham Queue Complex I and II, monitoring the waiting time and releasing time of compartments, food menu displayed on the LED boards in the compartments, distribution of milk to children, maintenance of toilets, awareness on access cards and important information to the pilgrims by the way of announcements etc.

All members of the team must

for applying General Srivari seva
To avail Srivari Seva service , candidates have to register themselves online through Srivari Seva website srivariseva.tirumala.org.
Candidates should have
aadhar card proof and mobile number which should be kept active till the declaration of results
. It will help him/her in getting approval of seva period by sms.
Candidates should provide their aadhar/Valid ID proof details.
For new registration, candidates have to visit Srivari Seva website srivariseva.tirumala.org and open the ‘New User? REGISTER Here’.
In New User enter mobile number and password, a provisional Verification code will be generated by the system and send to your mobile number.
User will be able to proceed to Login only on successful verification of his/her mobile number.
After logging in with valid mobile number and password, their profile will be displayed on "Profile" screen . If you want to lead the team then check on ‘Apply for team lead’ check box in "Sevakulu - Team Details" screen by navigating through srivari seva general instructions.
For enrolling your team members click on ‘Team Details’ then select Add New sevak. If you want to add existing member then select ‘Add Existing Sevak’.
After adding sevaks to team, sevak status is automatically displayed in ‘Unavailable’ status in "View Sevaks", then team leader will choose Available or Unavailable.
For applying period of seva click on ‘Apply for seva’ then choose period (3, 4 and 7 days) and date of slot.
Age limit for
applying (as Individual or group) 3 days , 4 days period seva is 25 to 50 years and for 7 days period seva is 18 to 60 years.
Only team lead can Add/update his team members detials.
On successful completion of the application,
sevaks details will be generated in Seva History, which may be printed for record (Print option is provide only for team lead)

Laddu Prasada Seva- General Instructions

While entering Laddu Prasada Counter for Seva
Only Hindus should apply
for Laddu Prasadam seva.
Sevaks working in both government and private sector with minimum computer knowledge shall apply for Laddu Prasadam seva by uploading their Employee ID/Aadhaar Proof.
Sevaks can apply Laddu Prasadam seva
8 days prior to the Seva date.
Sevaks will not be allowed to book Laddu Prasadam Seva
within 90 days from the last seva performance date.
Laddu Prasada Seva is an activity where the pilgrims will be distributed laddus to the tokens based on the darshan availed by them.
Interested pilgrims / devotees should register online for Laddu Prasada Seva, who will be here-by addressed as “Laddu Prasada Sevakulu”.
Age limit of Laddu Prasada Sevakulu is 18 to 65 years .
Only
Male Sevakulu
should enrol for Laddu Prasada Seva in view of constraints on surveillance.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu should be healthy i.e., physically strong, mentally fit as they have to perform the Seva by sitting in the counters for longer duration.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu should be either working or retired employee of Central / State Government or Quasi Government or PSU or Scheduled Banks or from Insurance Companies or private sector with computer knowledge.
Laddu Prasada Seva is a voluntary Seva. Hence, no payments will be made by TTD in any form.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu should not have been involved in any Departmental Disciplinary / Criminal proceedings.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu are requested not to carry / Consume prohibited articles under section 114 of AP Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowment act, 1987.
At present devotees from Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Kerala states are alone eligible to register for Laddu Prasada Seva.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu may opt for either 4 days slot or 5 days slot.
Laddu Prasada Seva for 4-day slot commences on Thursday and concludes on Sunday. They should report on Wednesday before 03.00 PM in Srivari Seva Sadan 2 located behind Kalyana vedika and opposite Varaha Swamy Rest House in Tirumala.
Laddu Prasada Seva for 5-day slot commences on Sunday and concludes on Thursday. They should report on Saturday before 03.00 PM at Srivari Seva Sadan 2 located behind Kalyana vedika and opposite Varaha Swamy Rest House in Tirumala.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu should
bring recent one passport size photo, one copies of ID-Proof, one copies of Online Application form along with original and xerox copy of their In-Service ID Card / Pensioner ID Card / Service Certificate (should have the photo of the applicant duly attested by the concern authority)
while reporting at Srivari Seva Sadan Office which is mandatory.
Recent passport size photo (greater than 100 kb) and valid Identity Card either Service or Pension card issued by their Employers / Employing Organizations only should be uploaded during online registration.
Temporary Identity cards will be issued to the Laddu Prasada Sevakulu at the time of reporting for Laddu Prasada Seva and same should be returned to the on duty person at the end of each shift.
Darshan of Lord Venkateswara will be provided on the last day of slot.
If any Laddu Prasada Sevakulu found violating Laddu Prasad Seva proceedings, appropriate action will be initiated.
Each Laddu Prasada Sevakulu will be provided three laddus at subsidised rate of Rs.10/- each and four laddus at a subsidised price of Rs.25 each on the last day of the slot.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu are requested to mention their contact numbers (both land line and mobile numbers) of their relations whom they wish to be informed in case of emergency while performing seva at Tirumala.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu are not supposed to bring their spouse or kin while attending for Laddu Prasada Seva.
Laddu Prasada Sevakulu should bring their uniform (white Dhothi / Pancha & white shirt) on their own while attending for Laddu Prasada Seva.
TTD reserves the right to approve or reject Laddu Prasada Sevakulu from performing the seva.

valid AADHAR card number at the time of registraiton which is mandatory.
The Parakamani Sevakulu should bring
AADHAR card and Employee ID card which is uploaded at the time registration for verification while reporting for service,
otherwise, will not be permitted for Parakamani Seva.
Parakamani is an activity where counting and accounting of offerings made by pilgrims through Srivari Hundi viz. coins, currencies, precious items, jewellery etc. done on a day-to-day basis.
Interested Pilgrims / Devotees should register online for Parakamani Seva, who will be here-by addressed as “Parakamani Sevakulu”.
Only Male devotees are eligible

Parakamani sevakulu who have taken the Diksha Maala i.e. Ayyappa Maala or Govinda Maala or Shakti Maala etc. will not be allowed in "Diksha Maala Dress" for the parakamani seva owing to security reasons.
TTD reserves right to accept/apporve or reject Parakamani Sevakaulu from performing the seva.
Pilgrim Welfare Facilitation Service- General Instructions

Only Hindus are eligible for Pilgrim Welfare Facilitation Service (PWFS).
Gazetted Officers who are either in service or retired, with service bend of mind are eligible.
The age limit for this service is between 35 years to 65 years.
In the case of private employees, those who already have the experience of supervisory skills are eligible.
Sevaks can apply for 8 days prior to the seva date.
Sevaks will not be allowed to book within 90 days from the last seva performance date.
Sevaks have to register in on-line through srivariseva.tirumala.org.
They should register in online by enclosing either Service ID or Pension ID along with Aadhar or any ID Proof.
In profile, the details of the date of birth, mobile number, ID proof type, ID proof number and sector information of sevak cannot be modified once submitted.
The accommodation is provided at Seva Sadan 1 & 2 located behind KalyanaVedika in Papavinasanam road or opposite Varahaswamy Rest House in Tirumala.
The number of registrations is limited to 60 per batch.
Sevaks should register with Srivari Seva portal.
